Dsc_4521_2Well, after another full weekend of sports basketball season ended.  Ty’s team won the league but did not win the tournament.  The great news is that Tyler made the All Star Team!  We are so proud of him.  He plays that game this Dsc_4460week and we can officially put basketball season to rest.  I really needed at least one sport to end.

JoJo had another game tonight and he had two very special people in the  stands…….his preschool teacher and her daughter.  Miss Cindy is such a special person to the twins.  They got a kick out of watching the boys.  That meant so much to him.  Joey’s concentration when batting is so great.  To top it off he was awarded the game ball!  He was so excited and immediately ran in to tell Dad.  Thank you Cindy and Sara for coming.  His love for the sport is so evident.  I hope he keeps his spirit.

Creatively, I have so many exiting things going on.  I completed a project for OESD & HelmarDsc_4423 for an ad.  I made this cute Keepsake Box using the new Helmar Crackle Finish.  It is so cool and easy to use!   Stay tuned for this to come out in an advertisement.Marvy_ad

Today Marvy emailed me their latest ad that features my work.  I am so proud of this project.  I have lots of new projects coming up including some new projects with Die Cuts With A View.  Christmas came early for me this week when this box ofDsc_4330_2 goodies came to play with.  I also received my first published articles for Helmar.  I need to scan those and share.  Very exiting to see my words in print.  There is not a moment that I don’t feel grateful to be living my passion.

This week we are counting the days until Julie, Curt and Jaden come on Friday.  I am busy pruning down the schedule a bit so we have some down time to enjoy.  I could use a nice vacation so this is perfect.  My schedule has been a bit crazy of late so down time for me is important.  Even Pete noticed tonight as I shoved off to my Book Club meeting when he got home.

And for those who ask for up-dates when they don’t see me post two measly days in a row…..THANK YOU.  I had never thought my meandering journal of thoughts would be interesting or mean anything to anyone but I am loving all the positive feedback.  I even love the grief I get when I don’t give a daily up-date. LOL….I guess reading about my craziness is enterainment for that morning cup of Java.
