Michaela had her Father/Daughter dance at school this past week and this mommy was so excited for her. I bought 8 dresses for her to select from and was so happy when she picked out the one with polka dots and butterflies (two of my favorite things)! Plus to me it was the "youngest" of all the dresses so she is still my sweet little girl.
but there is so much about her that is growing up oh so fast….
But for now I just enjoy the sweetness, the innocence and the joy she brings into our lives…..
and I pray that she puts off being a teenage girl and hating her mommy for as long as possible.
I live for these moments and am ever so grateful…….
