but I digress………THE Shoes have been a part of a lot and continue to go on many adventures!   They are looking for more and I do believe a Mr. Michael Kors owes me a debt of gratitude because these very shoes may be the foundation to his new dream space…..http://www.veranda.com/decorating-ideas/a1091/michael-kors-west-village-penthouse/

shoes_MichaelI will stop this blog post as I am sure the people of Micharl Kors will be contacting me soon for a coffee table book deal, shoe modeling and to talk marketing strategies for 2015.  In the meantime…….the shoes will carry on and look for some new fun in 2015!  If you need THE shoes to make guest appearances, open a runway show, or take a siesta at your hacienda please contact me.  And to Mr. Kors I thank you for shoes that make me feel special every time I put them on.  I never seem to know where they will take me next.  Stay tuned……..

It’s human nature to attempt to mimic other humans we look up to – perhaps a parental figure or a celebrity – especially when we are feeling insecure in our own skin.  But attempting to be someone else will always leave us feeling empty inside.  Why?  Because what we appreciate about the people we admire is their individuality – the qualities that make them unique.  To really copy them, we need to develop our own individuality, and in that way, we would actually be less like them and more like our true selves.  We all have quirks and a weirdness about us.  The more relaxed you become with your own differences, the more comfortable you will start to feel just being YOU.  Celebrate being different, off the beaten path, a little on the weird side… your own special creation.  If you find yourself feeling like a fish out of water, by all means find a new river to swim in.  But DO NOT change who you are; BE who you are.”
