When I set out on this Relay for Life journey months ago I set a goal of $100 to raise in the fight against cancer. I am not great about asking for donations and thought if I could just raise the minimum and walk in honor of my family and friends affected by this horrible disease than I would be a part of a wonderful experience. I felt passionate about it and with the support of so many I set my sights on $500. But $500 came and went and I soon decided I could rasise $800 to fight!
I am happy to say that I have raised the $800 that I set out to but there is 7 days left before I walk and I feel I am capable of so much more. I never realized the Power of One with the support of so many! YOU can make a difference and I feel proud to be raising this money and walking the walk next week with my amazing team….All Night For the Fight!

So my sights are set at $900! and you all know how I hate to fail at anything so any and all donations are so appreciated! My company, Helmar USA, Inc. has sponsored me and I apprecate the support of my industry and those affected by cancer. I know that it has impacted my family and I think about what the future will be for my kids. So time to cure it now!

I walk in honor of my Grandma (a Survivor!), my grandfather (who passed away), my Dad who has been proactive in taking care of those cancer scares. I walk in honor of many friends, their family and all who donated to support me in this walk. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
