I was not sure the difference it makes to share my Moving my Rear posts but I have gotten some nice message and great not to do it alone.  Like this:

Just yesterday I started walking (except around the house) without the ankle brace. Today, as part of my commitment to move my rear in 2014 (Tracy Weinzapfel Burgos) I walked 1.25 miles. Only 23.75 miles left of my goal in April lol. Then look out May!” ~ Carole

Also I realize that when you put it out here friends text and email me to get a walk in.  Trust me, walks go so  must faster when you share it with someone!  Here is how April is shaping up…

The great thing is I am trying new courses, extending the walks and even added a bike tour along the beach boardwalk!

So no excuses about time (we are all busy).   I choose to be outside but a treadmill is great too!  Sometimes I do so much laundry I wish I had a treadmill out there to sneak in a mile or two.  So no excuses for me.  I set 50 miles as my goal for April!  Move your Rears!  Where and when I will fit that time in.  How about you!

In the end, loving your life is about trusting your intuition, taking chances, losing and finding happiness, cherishing the memories, and learning through experience.  It’s a long-term journey.  You have to stop worrying, wondering, and doubting every step of the way.  Laugh at the confusion, live consciously in the moment, and enjoy your life as it unfolds – struggles and all.  You might not end up exactly where you intended to go, but you will eventually arrive precisely where you need to be.
