May 30th I made a commitment to me……to take care of me. Get back on track and lose some of the "happy" pounds that I seem to be collecting in my travels.  

I am even more HAPPY to report that 8.2 lbs and 9.8 lbs away from goal weight.  Not bad for 2 weeks!  The secret…….be accountable for what goes in and move my body!  No diet, no starving (in fact way more balanced) and just being mindful.  A commitment to myself!  

So while I take on the "happy" times……..I make sure that I get to the gym or take a hike.  I have even decided to start swimming laps in my own pool.  What a novel idea LOL.  And you know what happens…you meet new people at the gym, you find workout partners who motivate you (Dave & Terra), see the great outdoors AND…..you have more energy!

It is not about the looks……it is about how I FEEL!  This is the right track for me!  A true moment of honesty that I reveal the numbers but to me they are just numbers.  They are numbers that keep me on track and make me accountable to ME!

It is never too late to make a commitment to YOU!  It may be the best commitment you make.  So before I change my mind on sharing how much I weigh I can say that I am 5'8' and 43 years old.  My Size Zero days are over but feeling good about myself is not.  So with anything…when you share or talk about it you make it tangible.  You never know what impact that may have on another.
