Sometimes things get a little out of whack in life. Too much work, kids, sports, obligations, emails, etc. Not enough YOU time. Lately I have that the other stuff run me a bit and this morning I decided to take some time to walk my local Grasslands. I am so lucky to live right down the road from some awesome trails (along with great weather) and sometimes I take that for granted.
Sometimes the best way to reign it all back in is to shut down and take some time to just walk….
turn up my music…..
and just take in the surroundings…
and it is good for me too because good food and spirits is catching up with me. Time to burn that off…..
Taking some me time to Breathe and…..
