I am not a runner! I don't enjoy it, get it, nor do I have the ankles for it. However, when you promise me there are lots of pretty colors I will sign up for anything! Life sure is a like a box of color…
We did it!
We took some time to "re-hydrate", clink, and celebrate our time….
Then it was back up the hill where I took the time to walk another 5K for the Walk for Life in memory of my friend Alicia….her passing forever changed me and showed me the value of this one thing we have called Life.
Then it was home for a 2 hour nap! This sums up my day…..
This I know for sure……….LIFE sure is worth living and enjoying the simplest things. Times sure can get tough and you may not always appreciate the colors around you but they come back. May we never forget that or take those simple things for granted.
That is what I know for sure……
