Yesterday I got to do something that was so fun and kick back! Tyler had his end-of-year pizza party and game day. He brought in Yahtzee and asked me to stay and play a game with him and his friends. I figured I should take advantage because any day now he may not want mom around. I got wrapped up in 3rd grade competitiveness and it was so much fun. What started out as one game turned into two and before you know it I had been there all day! It was a real chance to just kick back and be in Tyler’s world. I was more happy that he actually wanted me there and begged me to stay. Those days may be numbered so I am taking full advantage!
Last night I returned to scrapping for design teams and myself! After completing three gift albums I was ready to tackle some of my own pictures. I am working with FiberMark papers and love them! I also made a Mother’s Day serving tray (for myself) for them. I told Pete he was welcome to use it next year.
I am on to another project. A friend at school entrusted me with her wedding photos to do her wedding album. That should be a nice summer project. It will be a little challenging because there are not a lot of photos and many have been cut already.
