Sunday I spent cleaning, catching up on laundry and much needed time in my Studio just painting for me……I pulled out a 20 X 24 canvas and decided to attack all that white real estate with color! I filmed the process to see where it would take me (never minding the fact I was in a big comfy shirt, no makeup and hair up). Sometimes you got to let it all hang out and Sunday’s are perfect for that. So excited to share this with you all. With Pandora on full blast it was me and my DecoArt Mixed Media Line (and interruptions from the kiddos which is included in the video. Just keeping it real around here. So here is what I painted for hours but you can enjoy in just a mere 13 minutes……
I enjoyed playing with the DecoArt Fluid Acrylics and Mediums to see what they do…
Love the details and mixing colors!….so vibrant!

The day ended with this beautiful sunset that the big man upstairs painted. He always one ups us all! Ever so thankful for this Sunday in my Studio…….
Get out there. Let life touch you. Yes, it will hurt sometimes. But the pain will be much deeper if you build an impenetrable wall around yourself – your own 100-foot tall wall of comfort – your own self-inflicted prison sentence. Life is too short for that. Don’t let the fear of making the wrong decision prevent you from making any decision at all. You have too many beautiful places to go. Today is full of possibility. Now, do something about it.”
