Today was a nice family day. We spent the day watching the Action Sports tour. The kids loved it. This is where I realized my age. The music was way to loud and watching the "Mosh" pit was way too much for me. But the kids loved the inline skating, skateboard and Freestyle Motocross. We got the ticket’s from the twin’s preschool teacher’s daughter. She came and sat with us for a while and that was a real treat for the twins. I felt like a senior citizen complaining about the noise, swearing, and cost of food.
Last night Tyler and Pete went to the Padre Game. They had their last home game this weekend and Trevor Hoffman beat the record for Most Saves. The boys had a great time and I decided to shoot some photos before they left. I even scrapped a page while they were at the game and they handed me the tickets and I glued them down to complete the page. I have never scrapped something before it was even over. They had a great time. I could tell they had fun when Pete kept text messaging pictures to me from the game.
I also got one more page done for Paperwhite Memories. This was kind of a fun page to do since I did not want to use those traditional Christmas colors. I am having lots of fun painting that chipboard to match my layouts.
I leave for Las Vegas in 15 days. I have so much to do before that but am anxious to go. I am a bit bummed that no friends can go but look forward to that time to work at Memory Trends and catch up with people there. It should be a very busy 4 days.
