Laughter is the best medicine. Laughter was the theme of Monday’s Mixed Media Monday. Unfortunately (maybe fortunately) the true belly laughs happened in the after show but I cannot tell you how great it felt. The comradery, laughing until I was crying and creativity is what what it is all about. I think Zoila summed it up best in an email to me:
Hi Tracy, How are you? I was at your show yesterday, I had an awesome time. I really enjoyed myself yesterday, everyone made me feel right at home. You have a lovely bunch of ladies in your group. I laughed and learned so many different things. But I also learned one important thing last night to have FUN when creating. Thank you!!! ……I feel so blessed to be in your group. I feel so honored to learn from such a talented person like yourself. Thank you for taking time out of your life to teach people like me who want to learn.” ~Zoila.

THANK YOU all for an awesome night. I thank you for the time we share every Monday and on our MMM Facebook Group: Mixed Media Mondays with Tracy Weinzapfel. I welcome everyone to share the projects they created inspired from Mixed Media Monday! I especially LOVE ALL THE PHOTOS YOU GUYS ARE SHARING WITH ME of you watching MMM:
It is about the FUN! AND………..thanks to all who stayed through the after show. I am not sure if it was the aerosol in a none-ventilated area or what but the belly laughs until there were tears is something I will always associate with this piece of art. Keep those stencils clean sisters! LOVE YOU ALL!
I will see you all next Monday, July 21st for the final show of July as I am traveling the last Monday of the month to Atlanta, CA!
