Long before "The Bucket List" movie came along I have had a Life List.  I used to write things down every now and again and kept adding to this list. Every so often I would mark something off I love the feeling of just having those dreams floating out there.  Some people call them Visual Boards but whatever you call it I think you should have a place for your dreams.  Here are just some of the things on my list that you can view HERE:  write a book, give back to women in rough times, snorkel, to to Hawaii, Alaska, go on a trip with my brother, own my very own Ford Mustang, see Ireland and drink beer in an Irish Pub with the locaks, stay in a bed & breakfast, see my kids graduate from college, see Hearst Castle, own a big bath tub built for two, and be the best mother I can be.

I have had the thrill of marking off things from that list such as: Go Surfing, ride in a hot air baloon, kayak in the Paciic Ocean, have and use my own passport, Do a "Trash the Dress" Photo shoot, have a home art studio, create a business based on my art, and see a Broadway play in NYC.

Now keep in mind this list goes way back and I add/delete as I change. So I have a challenge for YOU!

I want you to create a journal to share your Life List.  I can be a private place or one you share (I would love you to share with me/us!!). You can leave places on the pages to mark down when you accomplish your goal.  Or just make it a place to write down your dreams.

I shared a simple journal that I created LIVE on Helmar Ustream.

Keep in mind your journal can be water color, lined, cardstock, etc. I made mine out of a water color journal because mine is going to be a mixed media journal.  I am not going to over-think this…it is about being simple and putting your dreams to paper, right now. Who knows how those dreams will a change…this is a glimpse into your life right now.

Here are some photos of my journal.

Phew…………….who is joining me?  I will make sure to come up with some fun giveaways to motivate us all along the way.  Even if you only have one thing to put on that list Dreams
