Monday I had a very busy day and Hurricane Sandy raged wildly in the East. I kept thinking of my friends there and hope they are all save. So sad to see all they will have to deal with once Sandy takes her path. I left it up to everyone if we carry on and create LIVE for Mixed Media Mondays. The decision was unanimous and everyone agreed to "Keep calm and create on". I was thankful to bring some light in this dark time.

The attention was in the details added after we went off air but was very simple; a few more leaves, outline title in white and adhere our quote!
I thank you all for encouraging me to carry on…….carry on doing LIVE art shows and embracing change. This includes carrying on in spite of Mother Nature.
This I know for sure…change is scary. Once you embrace it and make peace with it the person on the other side is so amazing:
- Be truthful
- Take time for yourself
- Be the leader of your journey
- Take risks…calculated
- Be positive
- Know you CAN
- Concentrate on being YOU
- Pay attention to life while your living it
- Share and love openly with those you love and trust
- Say goodbye to the things that add negativity to make more the room for the positive
