I thought I might backtrack for a moment…….December and January was all about family and fun. We had a packed house around here with my parents and Mark and Kurtis. This was Kurtis's first time to the USA so along with work came lots of trips to see California.
During that time I did not take the time to edit photos or scrapbook the events because I really just wanted to be present and not experience things through the little hole of my camera. I have often said that sometimes I don't even feel part of things by trying to document it all. However, I did manage to take over 1500 photos in that time and just sat down to edit and share.
So I enjoyed the last two months of family and fun……..December was filled with Christmas presents, flag football and ringing in the New Year with Champagne (and sparkling cider)….
Since Kurtis was here for the first time we just had to take him to Disneyland….
And how about a trip to Hollywood in the rain……
that was only December! Athough there was lots of work for the CHA show we still managed to pack in even more in January.
