Things are coming along. The sound of nail guns and compressors is music to our ears……..when we left for Hawaii framing was started.
and I am happy to report that the framing is nearing completion so we can walk through and feel the size of what is come.
The rain has settled in but now we are picking out fixtures and the reality of it all is exciting….
Lot of decisions and things are busy, that is for sure! I am not complaining however the scope of things is big at this time. But seeing the payoff is so exciting! I do have to say it has lit that construction fire in me again too.
Life is a “practice,” not a “perfection”… and it’s only coming around once. This is IT! So live fully while you’re here. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and make mistakes. They are a necessary part of a life well lived. When something goes wrong (and it will), don’t run or try to hide. See it as an opportunity to learn something you didn’t know about yourself. The goal is not perfection; just be an excellent example of being human.”
