The fun (nor wine) did not stop at Christmas Cookies….we went right into Gingerbread Burgos Village 2011.  I ususally get those easy kits from Costco with the pre-done frosting and easy emplate but this year I changed it up and we had to really work these houses structurally into shape.  But with my Dad on hand and my Building Construction Management degree (I knew that would come in hand someday!) we set out to build houses that would withstand California earthquakes……

The difference in the twin's decorating came out…Micky went with the simple yet elegant approach with lattice work………

Joey's approach was more of a gooped on dripping effect…

Tyler was on Landscaping Patrol….

This team effort gave us this great Gingerbread Village of 2011

The entire process was one of a lot of fun for everyone.  I captured this with lots of pictures HERE:

After all construction was said and done our head foreman was done and called it a day.  He clearly will be put on probation for next years houses and his pay will be cut for sleeping on the job!
