Move your Rears in March

I love it when I can motivate or inspire people in a good way and what started as a simple post on Facebook has motivated me right back so I thought I would share.  Yesterday I shared that in February I walked (and one bike rice) over 50 miles and I want to break that in March.  I was rather surprised by the total and I posted it:

I made it a personal goal to break that weather on foot or bike.  And to my surprise others are joining me  Even those in the snow are jumping on treadmills.

This morning I woke up and had no inclination to drive down to the local trail so I erased all my excuses and just put my shoes on and walked/jogged four miles to/from the house.  I did it and it felt great (once I was done).

So this is NO EXCLUSES MARCH!  I am enjoying the time along the way and after our rain this weekend things are starting to turn green..
