Of late I felt in kind of a rut.  Nothing major just an unexplained rut.  Nice to put it out there and realize I am not alone.  It is hard in the day of social media and you start to compare yourself or look at others with envy when you darn well know you have a great life.  So to have an unexplained rut kind of stinks.  So I made it a point to return to the simple things…the things that I personally enjoy.  A personal tea party in my Studio..

time with friends…..not easy to schedule with us busy moms but worth it for the laughs!

My feet have made it to the sand for the first beach trip of the year with the kiddos and several more planned.  I love this time with all them and my mom friends…

It’s the things I love…..that ground me and remind me that I have so much to be grateful for!  Find what speaks to you.

It may not look like the most glamorous life, but it is one filled with joy, peace and harmony . . . one where laughter is a welcome and frequent companion . . . one where worries are few and where long meaningful conversations are many . . . one that is waiting for you when you are ready to take the steps to get there. Simplify today, one little thing at time. You can do it. You are loved.”
