I am excited to bring my Friday Favorites Hardware Store edition. This week I took myself on a creative date to our local True Value. I walked around and picked up some favorite finds of mine. I LOVE Home Depot, Lowe’s and especially True Value! We have a great True Value in our small town and here are a few of my favorites that I use in my art:
- Painters Tape – I use it every day! It is a must have for me. Here is my all-time favorite that I get on Amazon (works great every time):
- Drywall Tape
- Chip Brushes
- Paint Samples for color inspiration. When I am looking for inspiration I check out these samples and create projects with the colors supplied. They are a great resource for inspiration!
- Another fun Hardware Store find are Craft sponges! They are perfect for mixed media and acrylic projects. A fun way to get texture too!
