Until then…do something creative everyday!
No one is perfect, and the sooner you accept yourself for how you are and who you are, the simpler life will be. It’s OK to know your weaknesses and work on minimizing them. But it’s not reasonable to expect you’ll ever be perfect. Instead, accept that you are more than good enough just as you are. Celebrate your achievements, and congratulate yourself on what you do well. Spending more time focusing on your strengths will build your confidence and self-worth, which affects pretty much everything else.”
Love how your piece turned out. I must try that wood and crackle stuff. I like that you are mixing it up. I am feeling the seasonal changes too!
so glad you are enjoying it Denise!
I dont know if it is just how the heart looks on my phone or if you did something to make it stand out. I like how the heart almost seems like it is kinda coming off the page. Did you add something to it at the end? Love the piece.
No I did not. I did add the small Washey tape along the top but otherwise nothing added 🙂
This could totally be something right here at the the ranch Tracy – a heart carved in a tree in the moonlight. It is TOTALLY LOVELY – rustic and romantic. What a FABULOUS project. As always – I just feel so inspired and happy after watching MMM. Thank you bunches and bunches for just being yourself…. and by the way – your mid-life crisis is going well – intriguing and all good – eheheheh!!! Hugs. j.
LOL! THANK YOU SO MUCH For each and every comment! I love the feedback. See you next Monday!
Wow! Just started following you on FB and imagine my surprise to see a distressed piece from Tracy!! A little Andy influence maybe?! Love it and your all of paint. Huhs
I am just loving mixing it up and keeping everyone on their toes. Thanks Nan!
