Our little town shared in the glory of our high school football team these past few weeks. For many reasons this season was special…for me, just a mom it was more.
I was part of something bigger than just some football games. I was invited by friends, met new friends, and was vested in our town. The spirit was amazing and these boys should be proud. Equally their parents were proud along with coaches and more.
So I share my vantage point from the CIF Championship game last Saturday where I was there with the flu battling it out right along with them (well until the third quarter when I had to go home to bed)………HERE:
Thank you so much Scott's and Gansch's for saving me a seat, all the laughs and letting me share in the pride of your boys. It was a wonderful thing to do with my family.
Way to go Bulldogs……not only did you win some football games but you proudly played in memory of a fellow player (Ryan Morgan) and gave excitement to our little town. Here is a great video of the significance of this season…(make note of the crazy lady walking by on her phone in the last two minutes…like I said, I really was part of the season LOL)
We did not win the game but we won so much more……They will be back next year! NOW BRING ON BULLDAWG SOCCER SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
