I did it. I moved my rear……I covered the miles. I walked the walk and talked the talk. I maybe did more talking then I did walking but the most important was I exceeded my goal of 50 miles in August with 55.07 miles!!
I did it with friends…..
alone…
I did it with my man’s best friend…….and him too!
and I did it to eat at food trucks.
and to enjoy the occasional glass of wine….to celebrate all that is in my life
I moved my rear for Me, for my life, my well-being! Time to set some goals for September! Who is with me? Trust me, it does a body, mind and spirit good!
