Well, I am sad to report that my scheduled maiden voyage in the hot air balloon was canceled today due to inclement weather at the beach. Come on Mother Nature! This was my chance to put a big check mark on the Life List but it was not meant to be. I guess when you get in a wicker basket and raise up 2000 feet you do want to have good weather. So this was just not my day. But mark my words, that day is in my near future. We are planning to reschedule in June so stay tuned.
So what have I been doing? So much but so little to report. I did return to my desk with some creative spirit and had the Helmar glue in hand! This week is teacher appreciation at our school so I made these candy bags for the kid’s teachers.
I also created two cards for Inkadinkado.
Other than that I am playing the role of super-busy Mommy. Kids get out of school in less than 1 month. We all have that end-of-school laziness but it is too busy to snooze on the job. I also have lots of new deadlines and CHA Summer is around the corner. Then things get very busy.
