Now that you have your fruit cake from Aunt Betty, Uncle Sal has started up the slide show………

The part of our trip to Australia that will forever be embedded in my mind were the stunning sights of downtown Sydney.  I swear I teared up when we flew in and immediately drove over the Harbor Bridge…

and then caught our first glimpse of the iconic Sydney Opera House.

it took my breath away……It was breath-taking and truly is a beautiful City.

I hung with the locals…….

Mark gave us a great tour of the city.  We took the Manly Ferry over to Manly where we got to experience the beach and water of the Pacific Beach but on the other side of the world.

Then of course a beach pub for some food and Coopers Pale Ale….yummy!

hanging with the best Aussie tour guide…..(cute too!)

Then it was back on the Ferry to see the Opera House and Bridge at night and again it was breath-taking.  I had to pinch myself all day that I was actually in Sydney, Australia!

If you did not have enough of those photos….Uncle Sal has a slide show with more of our wonderful memories of the day……………..

Thank you Mark for a beautiful day full of images we will never forget.

I have learned, as a rule of thumb, never to ask whether you can do something. Say, instead, that you are doing it. Then fasten your seat belt. The most remarkable things follow. ~ Julia Cameron
