Last week I shared PART 1 of my latest travel art journaling. AND GIVEAWAY announcement so don’t forget to check it out HERE! Now I want to share some more idea pages that I worked on while I was traveling to and from Georgia a couple of weeks ago:
I swear the time just passes by and sparks the neatest conversations with people (but I do try to stick to myself and enjoy the time). Check out my Travel Journaling Tips HERE.
Don’t forget to leave a comment on yesterday’s Blog Post HERE for a chance to win a set of my favorite watercolors by Grumbacher:
I hope this inspires you to take your art with you! Even your local Starbucks makes a great place to get creative like I shared HERE.
A best friend is someone who truly knows you, and loves you just the same. Don’t change so people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love the real you.”
Love your art journal entries, while you were traveling. You were able to get several completed and that’s wonderful. Do you think you are more productive while traveling or more distracted?
WAY more productive as I can block stuff out more easily (the headphones help to). Plus most of the time I travel solo so that helps too.
Whenever I see your flowers…I think of the phrase…”I must have flowers…always….always” Thank you always…always Tracy for your inspiration!!
♥ Thank you Debbie. It comes back ten-fold to me
Great travel journal, I gave Olivia her’s early. Going to invest in some cases for her before we go. You really inspire her. Thank you so much for that.
Awesome Heather!

I love them all but I really love the “Live your best Life”! Something I am really focusing on doing now. You have become part of a small core of people who I am being inspired by the most and I am forever grateful. ♥

I flew many times during my career. As soon as the plane took off I would be in la la land. Other times, I would have a ton of papers to read. Since I travelled alone most of the time I didn’t go exploring the towns so I would work or read or watch TV. I went to a painting class a couple of years ago and fell in love with it. Then I found all you wonderful creative spirits on the internet and euphoria settled in. Now it is all I want to do. Well I do run between aging parents and 6 grandchildren ages 4 to 18. They like to come to Grammies and play in my art stuff with me. We have a grand time.
The point to all of my jibberish is that you do beautiful work while flying and I wish that I had known that I loved to paint while I was flying stateside. It would have made those long lonely trips so much more enjoyable.
Thanks for sharing Kimberly! I am so happy that I now travel with things because you just never know when that creativity strikes and so lucky to have that time with grandkiddos!
