I am asked all the time how I store all my paints and I thought I would provide an update….Take a look at my new Wall ‘O DecoArt Paints! or my slice of Heaven!
Many asked how high they go and I use just about every inch of my wall space. When I need the ones at the top I usually will take down an entire type of paints to use that I put in plastic bins and use and put way.
I work with DecoArt and it is necessary to have my paints handy to use on just about all of my projects and I have tons!!
I adjusted all the “shelving” which is is simply t-grid metal 4′ strip for an acoustic drop down ceiling that you see in most commercial uses. I purchased the 4′ strips at Home Depot for about $2.50/each and installed them into the studs with screws. There is a natural lip on them to keep your items secure.
I am proud to say that Tracy Weinzapfel Studios was featured in Professional Artist Magazine (April/May 2014 issue). To see those two words put together and to be recognized as a Professional Artist is so awesome. Now the funny thing is that my Studio was featured as Most Organized. I just knew my OCD would pay off!
I am honored to have my most favorite part of the house featured in this awesome magazine. And in my mind this kinda is my centerfold opportunity……my legs got a feature too! (I so need to remember to do my hair for every photo because you never know when it will be in a magazine!).

This video was taken 9 months ago but the still basic concept (no way will I watch myself and no time to re-film)…..Enjoy!
This is my little slice of heaven and thankful for it and the joy it brings me. Grateful that this artistic outlet I am able to share with so many. Thanks to so many who have share time in my Studio every Monday!
Gratitude is simply the awareness of what’s right. Count the blessings in your life, and start with the breath you’re taking right now.
